Who we are

This website is operated by INAI Advanced Technologies ("INAI", "we"), a technology consulting and digital transformation company serving Egypt, the Gulf and North Africa. For any privacy question, email info@inai-mena.com.

Information you send us

This website has no user accounts. You can contact us in three ways:

The enquiry form. When you send the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, work email, company, and the topic and message you write, plus your role, country and phone number if you choose to add them. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, the campaign details (see below). The form is emailed to our team, and a copy is kept in a private file on our web hosting account, which is not accessible from the website. The form asks you to confirm that we may contact you about your enquiry.

WhatsApp. If you message us using the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp (operated by Meta) handles the conversation under its own privacy policy, and we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and whatever you write.

Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write.

We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about, and we keep it for as long as that conversation or any resulting engagement needs. To protect the form from spam, our server briefly stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your connection's IP address to limit how many enquiries can be sent per hour.

Cookies and analytics

By default, this website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics or the LinkedIn Insight Tag, to understand how visitors use the site and how our campaigns perform. These tools load only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, and they may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location and your device type. If you choose "Decline", they are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Your cookie choice itself is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again on every page.

Campaign links

If you reach the site through a link that includes campaign details (for example from a LinkedIn post or an advertisement), we keep the campaign name in your browser for the length of your visit and include it with any enquiry form or email you send us from the site, so we know which campaign you came from. This information stays on your device unless you send us an enquiry.

Third-party services

The website's fonts are provided by Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) for security and operation.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@inai-mena.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the way we handle information changes, and show the date of the latest update at the top.
