Our work, in action

The assistants we design, the programs that prepare people to use them, and the kinds of challenges we take on. Client names are kept confidential.

The challenge

Proof matters more than promises. So here is what our work looks like: an assistant you can try, the programs that prepare people, and the problems we take on.

An assistant that knows your systems, and its limits.

We design AI assistants that answer in your customers' language, act inside the systems you already run, and hand over to people when they should.

Learning that moves people from curious to confident.

Technology adoption succeeds when people are prepared. Our programs take an organization from leadership alignment to everyday use.

  1. Align leaders

Executive AI workshops set the ambition, the guardrails and the first priorities.

  2. Build literacy

AI literacy programs give every role a shared, practical understanding of what AI can and cannot do.

  3. Practise on real problems

Hackathons and innovation workshops turn ideas into prototypes your teams own.

  4. Embed new habits

Adoption programs and end-user training make new tools part of everyday work.

Programs we run

A bilingual patient assistant for a private hospital group

The challenge

A multi-hospital group in Cairo had long call-center queues for appointment booking and routine questions. Patient information sat in separate scheduling and records systems.

What we did

We designed an Arabic and English AI assistant for web and WhatsApp, connected it to the scheduling system through secure APIs, and set guardrails so it never gives medical advice or exposes patient records.

The result

Patients can book, reschedule and get answers at any hour. Call-center staff now focus on complex cases, and the group has a governance model it can reuse for future AI projects.

An AI readiness assessment for a clinic network

The challenge

A growing network of outpatient clinics was being approached by many AI vendors. Leadership needed to know where AI would help, and what had to be in place first.

What we did

We assessed data, systems, security and staff readiness, ran executive workshops, and built a prioritized roadmap with a responsible AI framework aligned with local health-data regulations.

The result

The network now evaluates AI proposals against a clear framework, and has a phased plan that starts with administrative use cases before any clinical ones.

Responsible AI adoption for a private university

The challenge

Students were already using generative AI, and faculty had no shared policy on it. Admissions staff were also overwhelmed with repeat questions each intake season.

What we did

We co-wrote an AI use and academic integrity policy with faculty, delivered an AI literacy program for teaching staff, and launched an admissions assistant grounded in the university's own published information.

The result

Faculty now teach with AI under consistent rules. Applicants get accurate answers immediately, and admissions officers spend their time on counselling rather than repeat enquiries.

Digitizing operations for an international school group

The challenge

A group of international schools ran enrolment, fees and parent communication through paper forms, spreadsheets and email, with each campus doing it differently.

What we did

We mapped and simplified the core processes, designed a shared operating model across campuses, and automated enrolment and fee workflows on an integrated platform.

The result

All campuses work the same way, parents follow applications and payments online, and leadership has one view of enrolment across the group.

Connecting plant and enterprise data for an industrial manufacturer

The challenge

An export-focused manufacturer's production, quality and ERP systems didn't share data. Reports were assembled by hand, and plant networks had never had a security review.

What we did

We integrated production and quality data with the ERP through a managed API layer, automated reporting workflows, and ran a security assessment that led to a zero trust roadmap for the plant network.

The result

Managers see production and quality data from one source, reporting no longer depends on spreadsheets, and security gaps between office and plant systems are being closed in planned phases.

An omnichannel guest concierge for a resort group

The challenge

A resort group served guests in many languages across phone, email, web chat and WhatsApp. Requests were slow to reach the right team, especially at night.

What we did

We deployed a multilingual AI concierge connected to the property management and booking systems, redesigned the reservations contact center, and ran workshops so staff could take over any conversation smoothly.

The result

Guests get instant answers and bookings at any hour in their own language, and requests arrive at the right department with full context.
